Role Description The Senior Software Engineer will work on-site at the Coimbatore office in a full-time capacity, designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing back-end services, writing clean and scalable code, reviewing code from peers, and ensuring system performance and reliability. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality implementations. The Senior Software Engineer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to technical decision-making, and support continuous integration, testing, and deployment practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
Candidates should possess expertise in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Candidates should possess solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in design and implementation.
Relevant experience with modern programming languages (such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript) and related frameworks.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
Ability to analyze complex problems, propose scalable solutions, and communicate technical ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and several years of experience in a senior or lead engineering role.
