Company Description ANQ Finance is a blockchain-backed credit protocol designed to provide atomic liquidity for global money movement. The company replaces traditional liquidity models with programmable, trust-based liquidity, prefunding remittance rails, card processors, and fintechs directly from its liquidity pool. This approach enables merchants to move funds without locking up capital or managing multiple payment rails. ANQ operates on standards already trusted by banks, including ISO 20022 messaging and FATF Travel Rule compliance, embedded from day one. The team focuses on building secure, scalable, and compliant financial infrastructure for the next generation of payments.
Role Description The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and owning the product vision and roadmap for ANQ’s liquidity and payment solutions. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, the Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to translate market needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements and features. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, prioritizing initiatives, writing detailed product specifications, and driving end-to-end execution from discovery through launch and iteration. The role also involves monitoring product performance, analyzing data to inform decisions, and communicating updates and insights to stakeholders. The Product Manager will play a key role in ensuring that ANQ’s products are secure, compliant, user-centric, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Product management skills, including roadmap ownership, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and agile execution.
Experience with financial technology, payments, or blockchain-based products, including familiarity with liquidity, remittance, and card processing domains.
Ability to conduct structured market and user research, analyze data, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product decisions.
Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure and compliant products.
Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to create product documentation, user stories, and go-to-market materials.
Comfort with technical concepts, APIs, and financial messaging standards (e.g., ISO 20022) and awareness of regulatory frameworks such as FATF Travel Rule.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Business, Economics, or Finance); advanced degrees or certifications in product management or fintech are a plus.
