Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented **Social Media Manager** with 1 year of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
* Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
* Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
* Write creative captions and develop content ideas aligned with the brand.
* Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
* Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
* Increase engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand visibility.
* Coordinate with graphic designers and other teams for content creation.
* Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
* Support social media campaigns, promotions, and other marketing activities.
Requirements
* Minimum **1 year of experience** in social media management or digital marketing.
* Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
* Strong content writing and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools.
* Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
* Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
