Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on helping learners and their families grow their careers and skills in the international edtech space. The role involves guiding students and parents on suitable programs, learning paths, and long-term development opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining course offerings, addressing inquiries, and providing ongoing support to enhance learner satisfaction. The role also includes collaborating with academic and sales teams, tracking learner progress, and using data and feedback to improve counseling approaches and overall experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Career Counseling and Career Development skills to guide learners and their families effectively.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students and parents in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand learner needs, interpret feedback, and recommend suitable learning paths.
Familiarity with edtech or education services, especially in K-12 or skill-development programs, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
