Account Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting tools and a solid understanding of core accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally ERP and Winman
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal entries, and ledger management
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations regularly
Prepare and manage financial reports and MIS using Advanced Excel
Ensure accuracy in accounting records and resolve discrepancies
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required
Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions
Mandatory Requirements:
Proficiency in Tally ERP and Winman
Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Solid understanding of Accounting Basics
Hands-on experience in Reconciliation processes Good to Have:
Experience in GST filing
Knowledge of TDS filing and compliance Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
