Capital Now is a digital lending platform focused on building fast, seamless, and accessible
credit experiences for salaried professionals. We are looking for someone who can use data
to improve product journeys, marketing efficiency, and overall business performance.
Role Objective
Own analytics across product, marketing, and customer funnels to drive actionable insights,
improve conversion, and support data-driven decision making across the business.
This role goes beyond reporting — we are looking for someone who can deeply understand
user behavior, identify opportunities, and influence product and growth strategies through
analytics.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze the end-to-end user journey across acquisition, onboarding, KYC,
application, approval, and disbursal
● Identify funnel drop-offs, behavioral patterns, and opportunities to improve
conversion and user experience
● Track and evaluate marketing performance across channels, campaigns, CAC,
attribution, and conversion quality
● Build dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and reporting frameworks across product and
growth functions
● Work closely with product, tech, marketing, and business teams to translate data into
actionable insights
● Define and maintain event tracking structures and analytics implementation across
platforms
● Use CRM and internal datasets to generate insights around user behavior,
segmentation, personalization, and business trends
● Support decision-making through regular performance analysis, reporting, and
recommendations
