Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Civil 3D Modeler with 2+ years of experience to support civil infrastructure projects by developing accurate 3D models and ensuring effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in UK, USA, or Gulf-based projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D civil models using Autodesk Civil 3D, including surfaces, corridors, alignments, and dry/wet utilities.
Prepare road networks, utility layouts, drainage, and site grading plans as per project specifications and standards.
Generate accurate Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) and BOQs from Civil 3D models.
Integrate survey and point cloud data into civil models.
Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators, and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Use Navisworks for 3D model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks.
Experience with Gulf or international civil infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with BIM 360 for model sharing and coordination.
Knowledge of geospatial data integration and quantity take-off processes.
Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
