Lead Data Scientist | GenAI, EHR Data & Insurance Analytics
Full Time / Exempt

Are you a senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR), Generative AI, and insurance analytics? This role will be responsible for driving the development of innovative AI, NLP, and GenAI-powered solutions that help insurers make smarter underwriting and risk decisions.
We're looking for 10 years of professional experience including:
✅ Strong EHR and unstructured healthcare data experience
✅ Hands-on GenAI expertise, including LLMs, RAG systems, model evaluation, and NLP
✅ Advanced machine learning and deep learning capabilities
✅ Insurance, actuarial, InsurTech, healthcare, or life sciences experience
✅ Python, Databricks, MLflow, SQL, and cloud-based AI development expertise
Education:
🎓 BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related
🎓 PhD in relevant field or Actuarial designation (FCAS/FSA) a plus!
You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business functions to bring next-generation AI solutions to market and shape the future of healthcare and insurance analytics.
