Looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – Non-IT Recruitment to expand our US Non-IT Staffing & Recruitment business.
Industry Focus: Manufacturing, Engineering, Automobile, FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Aerospace, Defense, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Logistics, Supply Chain
Required Skills:
✅ 10+ years of experience in Business Development (US Staffing & NON-IT Recruitment )
✅ Strong understanding of the US Non-IT Staffing & Recruitment market
✅ Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation
✅ Established relationships with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Heads & Hiring Decision-Makers
✅ Strong immediate market connections and industry network
✅ Experience selling recruitment solutions for Middle Management, Senior Management & Leadership positions
✅ Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills
✅ Ability to build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships
