Role: Non-IT Recruiter – US Staffing
Experience: 3–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: 6:30 PM IST-03:30 AM IST
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with 3–5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within US staffing/recruitment, to join our team.
Required Skills & Experience:
4–5+ years of recruitment experience, with substantial Non-IT recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for multiple Non-IT job functions and industries.
Strong hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Good understanding of Non-IT candidate profiles and job functions.
Strong candidate screening, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment/submission targets.
US recruitment/staffing experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and candidate relationship management.
