Role: Intern - Talent Acquisition

What you will be doing?
Support the Talent Acquisition team across end-to-end hiring activities for Tech, Product, Sales, and other business functions.
Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other talent channels.
Conduct candidate outreach and cold calls to understand candidate interest and pitch relevant opportunities.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, role fit, and compensation expectations.
Desired Profile?
Pursuing an MBA or have completed an MBA, preferably in HR, Human Resources.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and initiating conversations with new people.
High energy, confidence, and willingness to take ownership.
Internship Tenure
This is a fixed-term internship for 3 months only. The internship will conclude at the end of the three month period and is not a permanent or open ended internship position.
