We are a fintech company building a modern, cloud-based core banking platform for financial institutions ready to modernize. Our technology powers transaction processing, account management, and ledger infrastructure for banks and credit unions nationwide. We're looking for a senior product leader to own our most foundational product area, someone equally comfortable presenting strategy to executive leadership and getting into the technical details of how transactions post and reconcile.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Digital Banking Product Manager, you'll own the product roadmap and strategic direction for deposits, lending, account structures, posting logic, settlement, and the core ledger. You'll lead multiple product teams and manage your direct reports, hiring, developing, and performance-managing product managers along the way. You'll serve as the go-to subject matter expert on core banking systems, posting models, batch processing, and regulatory implications, while partnering daily with engineering and delivery teams on system design, delivery quality, and release readiness. You'll represent your product area in executive planning, client conversations, and leadership updates, and set the standard for how your team uses AI in its own daily workflow to build faster without sacrificing correctness. You'll also coordinate with other product leaders on integration points across digital banking, payments, and account origination.
What You Need
6+ years in product, engineering, or technical leadership within core banking or financial services infrastructure.
Hands-on experience building or operating core banking platforms (deposits, lending, or both)
Strong understanding of ledger structures, posting models, and double-entry accounting
Experience with loan servicing systems, batch processing, settlement, and end-of-day reconciliation
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (Reg D, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg Z, TILA, RESPA, BSA/AML)
Proven track record managing and developing product managers or technical leads
Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your own product work, with the ability to bring your team up to that same level
Strong understanding of database design, transaction processing, and distributed systems
