Job Title: IT Project Manager & Presenter (Korean Native)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual IT Project Manager & Presenter fluent in native Korean and English. In this dual-function role, you will lead end-to-end technical project delivery while serving as the primary client-facing presenter for project pitches, technical demos, and executive status updates. You will bridge the gap between technical execution teams and Korean-speaking stakeholders or clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects (software, systems integration, or cloud solutions) from initiation through launch using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall frameworks.
Stakeholder & Client Presentations: Conduct persuasive technical presentations, product demonstrations, and project proposals to Korean clients, executive leadership, and external partners.
Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional technical teams (engineers, developers, QA) and non-technical business partners.
Scope & Delivery Control: Monitor timelines, manage budgets, track deliverables, and mitigate technical or operational risks.
Localization & Alignment: Translate complex technical requirements and client feedback between English-speaking technical teams and Korean business partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Korean (written and spoken) with professional business fluency in English.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT project management, technical account management, or pre-sales consulting.
Presentation Skills: Exceptional public speaking, communication, and slide deck creation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote) tailored for executive audiences.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the IT development lifecycle, software architecture, and modern cloud/SaaS technologies.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
