Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making at A2Z Property Solutions Experts. This role includes managing financial planning and budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and reports. The CFO will lead the finance team, establish internal controls, and maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, supporting pricing and investment decisions, and collaborating with senior leadership on long-term growth strategies. The CFO will also drive process improvements, implement best practices in financial management, and provide clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and long-term financial strategies.
Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze complex data, assess financial performance, and support strategic decisions.
Extensive experience in corporate finance leadership, preferably as a CFO or senior finance executive in real estate or related sectors.
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA, CA) or MBA in Finance is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement financial systems and tools, and drive process improvements in a growing organization.
