Quality Assurance Auditor I, Bilingual

2. About the Opportunity:
The Quality Assurance Auditor I, Bilingual is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that operational controls comply with regulatory requirements, client contracts, and internal policies. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of the debt collection process by identifying deficiencies, supporting compliance efforts, and facilitating accurate reporting. The position directly impacts the organization’s ability to meet client quality assurance standards and maintain compliance across its services.
3. Responsibilities:
Monitor debt collection transactions using quality assurance plans and tools including Speech Analytics
Review account records in collection management and document management systems for process monitoring and targeted reviews
Document monitoring results accurately
Complete regular QA assignments to meet client deliverables such as IRS and Navy FCU reports
Communicate identified deficiencies to management and staff
Assist in preparing quality assurance reports
Adhere to professional practices, code of conduct, and compliance programs
Maintain current and accurate QA documentation, procedures, and work instructions
Perform other duties as assigned
4. Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Five years of experience in the debt collection industry preferred
Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written; proficient reading and writing in English required, Spanish reading and writing preferred
Knowledge of debt collection principles
Ability to understand contract and program guidelines
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email
Ability to learn internal software systems
Debt Collection Certification preferred
Ability to telework with necessary equipment and secure internet connection
Private workspace suitable for remote work
U.S. Citizenship or lawful Permanent Resident status with three or more years residency
Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
No conflicts of interest with the organization or its clients
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
