Hiring: HR Recruiter – Phlebotomist Recruitment
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and manage hiring for Phlebotomists across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment of Phlebotomists for home collection, hospital, diagnostic centre, and camp requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, recruitment groups, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, location, and operational requirements.
Coordinate interviews and candidate selection with the operations team.
Manage offer, joining, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure positions are closed within the defined TAT.
Mandatory Requirement
✅ Experience in the Diagnostic / Healthcare industry is mandatory.
✅ Prior experience in Phlebotomist hiring is mandatory.
✅ Good understanding of phlebotomist profiles and field/home collection requirements.
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills.
✅ Ability to handle multiple locations and hiring requirements.

Experience
[Min 1 Year] – Preference will be given to candidates with relevant diagnostic/healthcare recruitment experience.
