Talent Acquisition Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a foundational hire on the people team of a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, working closely with the Recruiting Lead and C-level to build the end-to-end recruiting function from the ground up. You will own sourcing, process design, employer branding, and offer negotiation, making a direct impact on company growth as headcount scales significantly in the near term.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with hiring managers to define clear, actionable role requirements for each open position.
- Fill candidate pipelines through active sourcing and multi-channel activation.
- Run efficient pre-screening and screening calls that produce clear, usable hiring signals.
- Coordinate all steps of the hiring process to keep things moving smoothly and on schedule.
- Negotiate and close employment contracts with top candidates.
- Design and implement lean, scalable recruiting strategies and operational structures.
- Build low-overhead administrative hiring processes and select and configure the right tooling.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the talent brand.
- Coordinate external partners such as payroll providers and tax advisors.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities and help establish foundational HR processes and team events.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven track record running end-to-end recruiting across diverse roles, from sourcing through offer closure.
- Experience building lean, scalable recruiting processes from scratch, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, track, and act on recruiting KPIs.
- Broad familiarity with recruiting platforms and tools, and the ability to configure and deploy them quickly.
- Demonstrated skill at identifying both skill fit and cultural fit efficiently across large applicant pools.
- Strong ability to pitch a company and role convincingly to top-tier candidates.
- Experience with employer branding strategy and execution is a strong plus.
- Background in adjacent roles such as SDR or sales development will be considered.
- German language skills are required for this role.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 65,000 to 80,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

On-site in Vienna, Austria.
