Role Description The Civil & M.E.P Engineers will work full time on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, supporting an IT Park and Commercial Mall project through all stages of construction. Day-to-day responsibilities for Civil Engineers include supervising site activities, reviewing drawings, coordinating with contractors, ensuring structural quality, monitoring progress against schedules, and enforcing safety and compliance standards. M.E.P Engineers will focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, including design review, MEP coordination, installation supervision, testing, and resolving technical issues related to building services. Both roles will collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants, prepare reports and documentation, and support timely, cost-effective project delivery while maintaining high construction and service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Building Services skills, with experience in integrated building services design and implementation.
Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing and MEP Coordination, including reviewing layouts, coordinating services clashes, and supervising installation on site.
Candidates should possess foundational Electrical Engineering knowledge relevant to commercial building projects, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.
8–12 years of experience in civil engineering and/or MEP engineering for large commercial or IT park projects, with proven site execution and coordination experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications; familiarity with relevant Indian building codes and standards.
Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
Experience using construction and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), along with basic proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
