Role Description The Wealth Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Wealth Manager will manage and grow client relationships with HNI/UHNI individuals and families by assessing financial objectives, designing tailored wealth plans, and recommending suitable investment and insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting portfolio reviews, monitoring market developments, and rebalancing asset allocations to align with client risk profiles and long-term goals. The role involves coordinating with internal product and research teams, preparing proposals and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The Wealth Manager will proactively acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, and provide clear, ongoing communication and guidance to support multi-generational wealth and succession planning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to assess client needs, design holistic wealth plans, and interpret financial data.
Candidates should possess robust Investment Management and Investments skills to construct, monitor, and optimize client portfolios across asset classes.
Candidates should possess relevant Insurance knowledge to integrate risk protection and estate solutions into overall wealth strategies.
Candidates should possess excellent relationship management and communication skills to engage HNI/UHNI clients, explain complex concepts clearly, and build long-term trust.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
Relevant professional qualifications such as an MBA in Finance, CA, CFA, CFP, or equivalent are preferred, along with prior experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
Comfort with financial markets, products, and digital tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
