Role Description The Wealth Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will manage and grow client portfolios, provide comprehensive wealth and financial planning advice, and recommend suitable investment solutions aligned with client goals and risk profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, assessing financial needs, creating and reviewing investment strategies, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met. The Wealth Manager will collaborate with internal product and research teams to deliver tailored solutions across investments, lending, insurance, and succession planning. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, maintaining detailed documentation, and identifying opportunities to deepen wallet share and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong capabilities in Financial Planning and Finance to assess client needs, design holistic solutions, and support long-term wealth creation.
Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments to construct, monitor, and rebalance portfolios across asset classes.
Working knowledge of Insurance products to integrate risk protection and estate planning into overall wealth strategies.
Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, preferably serving HNI/UHNI clients.
Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
