Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The Civil Engineer will support planning, design, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and local codes. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and site supervisors, and monitoring work progress against schedules and quality requirements. The role also involves conducting site inspections, managing stormwater and drainage solutions where applicable, resolving technical issues, and assisting in cost estimates and material planning. The Civil Engineer will maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and related principles, including experience as Civil Engineers on construction projects.
Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including the ability to interpret and produce technical drawings and specifications.
Experience in project Planning, scheduling, and coordination within construction or infrastructure environments.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and drainage systems, with ability to design or review solutions for site conditions.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and local regulations in India.
Ability to conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and capability to work on-site under varying field conditions.
Experience with engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is an advantage.
