Role Description The Security Professional will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at client locations by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to incidents as they arise. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular security patrols, overseeing entry and exit points, documenting security activities, and promptly reporting suspicious behavior or safety concerns. The role also involves coordinating with supervisors and client representatives, following established security protocols, and supporting emergency procedures when needed. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, requiring a consistent presence at assigned locations and adherence to scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Physical Security, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
Foundational awareness of Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security concepts relevant to protecting data and systems.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and visitors, and for preparing clear incident reports.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions in emergencies, and follow established safety and security procedures.
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, defense services, or facility management is preferred.
Basic computer literacy for using security systems, communication tools, and reporting software.
Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Relevant training or certification in security or safety (e.g., security guard training, first aid, fire safety) is an advantage.
