What You’ll

✨ Welcome customers and create a warm, memorable store experien

✨ Understand what the customer is looking for and guide them towards the right jewelle
r

✨ Suggest pieces based on personal style, occasion, outfit and budg
e
t
✨ Help customers discover combinations they may not have consider
e
d
✨ Style rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and other pieces togeth
e
r
✨ Explain diamonds, jewellery designs, materials and craftsmanship in a simple, engaging w
a
y
✨ Build genuine relationships with customers rather than just closing transactio
n

✨ Follow up with customers and help them make confident purchase decisio
n

✨ Assist with customised jewellery requiremen
t

✨ Maintain strong knowledge of WAHE’s collections and new launch
