Asset Management Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an Asset Management Executive to support the implementation and ongoing management of an enterprise Asset Management System.
The role involves coordinating with different locations and departments to collect asset information, validating and consolidating data, maintaining records in Excel, and entering/uploading asset information into the Asset Management System.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large volumes of data, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that asset records are complete and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Collect asset-related data from different locations, departments and users.
Coordinate with location teams for timely collection and verification of asset information.
Maintain and consolidate asset records using Microsoft Excel.
Clean, validate and standardize data before uploading it into the Asset Management System.
Perform manual data entry and bulk Excel uploads into the system.
Maintain information such as asset category, make/model, serial number, location, department, custodian/user, purchase details and asset status.
Assist with physical asset verification, identification and tagging wherever required.
Identify missing, duplicate or incorrect asset records and coordinate for correction.
Reconcile information received from locations with existing asset records.
Maintain implementation trackers and provide regular progress updates.
Support users during implementation and help resolve basic data/system-related queries.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset master data.
Support periodic asset audits and reconciliation exercises.
Work closely with the implementation/project team to ensure timely completion of assigned locations and activities.
Skills Required
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable with data entry, Excel templates, filtering, sorting and basic data validation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow defined processes and maintain proper documentation.
Comfortable coordinating with employees and teams across multiple locations.
Basic understanding of Asset Management / Inventory Management / Fixed Assets will be preferred.
Experience working with ERP, Asset Management, Inventory or similar business applications will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Asset Management, Inventory Management, Asset Verification, Data Management, ERP implementation or a similar operational role.
Candidates who have worked on asset tagging, physical verification, asset registers, inventory records or system implementation will be preferred.
Should be comfortable working on-site, 6 days a week.
Should be based in Hyderabad or willing to work from the Hyderabad location.
Compensation
CTC: ₹3.6 Lakhs per annum
