Software Intern

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined Software Interns to join our product and implementation team in Gurgaon.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise software development, SQL databases, application testing, product implementation, troubleshooting and customer support. You will work with real-world business applications and learn how enterprise software is developed, configured, tested and deployed.
The role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in software development, enterprise applications, product implementation or technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the development and product teams with software development and enhancement activities.
Work with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures and data analysis.
Understand application databases, tables and relationships.
Assist in debugging and troubleshooting application and database-related issues.
Participate in testing new features, enhancements and bug fixes.
Perform functional testing and document identified issues.
Support software implementation and configuration activities.
Assist with data migration, validation and system setup.
Understand customer requirements and help translate them into application configurations.
Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Work with senior team members to investigate customer-reported issues.
Learn enterprise application workflows and business processes.
Participate in internal product training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Basic programming knowledge in C#, .NET, JavaScript or similar technologies.
Understanding of software development concepts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business processes and application workflows.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise software.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment.
Eligibility
B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Sc. IT or equivalent.
Fresh graduates and final-semester students who can work full-time may apply.
Basic knowledge of SQL is required.
Candidates should be available to work on-site from our Gurgaon office.
