About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Manager who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting the company's growing team.
The role requires someone who is comfortable handling the complete employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, performance coordination, HR operations and exit
management.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, sales, support and business roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offers, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
🔹 Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Manage joining formalities, documentation and employee onboarding.
Conduct HR induction and coordinate departmental induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle confirmation, transfer, promotion and separation processes.
Conduct exit interviews and coordinate full & final formalities.
🔹 HR Operations
Manage attendance, leave and employee records.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the payroll/finance team.
Maintain HR policies, letters, employee documentation and MIS.
Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across the organization.
Support statutory and compliance-related HR documentation.
🔹 Employee Engagement & Performance
Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
Track probation and confirmation reviews.
Support employee recognition and retention initiatives.
Address routine employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations.
🔹 HR Administration
Support general office administration and employee-related requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers where required.
Maintain HR dashboards and periodic management reports.
Help management improve HR processes through automation and HR technology.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced organization.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS applications.
Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities.
Practical, organized and solution-oriented approach.
