Job Description:
SILORA is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales and expand our market presence in the FMCG / Masala & Spices segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow sales across the Alwar market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Drive product availability, visibility and sales at retail outlets.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular market visits.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Develop and maintain a strong local retailer/dealer network.
Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
4–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Masala & Spices industry.
Strong knowledge of the Alwar local market.
Existing retailer/distributor network will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of sales, distribution and market development.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and capable of independently handling the assigned market.
Candidates from Alwar will be preferred.
