By leveraging deep expertise in utility tariff structures and proprietary IT systems, the organization has delivered more than $700 million in refunds and savings to clients.
About the Opportunity:
The Marketing Operations Implementation Associate is responsible for leading the technical execution of the organization’s marketing strategies. This role ensures digital marketing initiatives align with overall growth and revenue objectives while supporting brand development, lead generation, and marketing performance. The position plays an important role in optimizing campaigns, managing marketing resources, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting the organization’s continued growth.
Responsibilities:
• Own the technical implementation of the marketing roadmap, setting priorities and tracking performance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company vision and growth objectives.
• Ensure consistent marketing implementation across all channels.
• Manage marketing implementation budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and website performance.
• Report campaign results, ROI, pipeline impact, and brand health to leadership.
• Serve as a brand guardian to ensure consistency across marketing initiatives.
• Generate departmental progress reports and identify opportunities for strategic improvement.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities while meeting established deadlines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience working with senior leadership and preparing executive-level reports.
• Expertise in digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics.
• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Ads, and Email Marketing/CRM.
• Proven experience managing KPIs such as lead generation, cost per lead, conversion rates, and email open rates.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Replay.io, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
• Self-starter with a proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal, written, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing the technical aspects of strategic marketing plans.
• Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and data visualization platforms.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
• Website management experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Annual salary range: $55,000–$65,000.
• Potential compensation increases based on performance.
