We need clinicians who want to practice meaningful medicine inside a system designed to support them, and a recruiter who can find them.
About the Role
We're hiring a Clinical Recruiter to drive physician hiring during a period of rapid growth. This is a full-cycle, sourcing-heavy role. You'll own requisitions from intake through offer, and you'll spend a lot of your time on the phone: cold outreach, phone screens, candidate check-ins, hiring manager syncs. If you love the hunt (building pipeline from scratch, not just managing what comes through the door), this is built for you.
You'll juggle multiple open physician reqs at once, move fast, and keep every candidate feeling like a priority. Prior physician recruiting experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Source relentlessly: outreach, job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative channels to build strong physician pipelines that don't rely on inbound
- Own full-cycle recruiting for physician roles, from intake through offer
- Run high-volume phone screens, assessing role fit, motivation, and baseline clinical qualifications, fast and accurately
- Manage pipelines in Ashby: clean tracking, timely follow-up, zero candidates falling through the cracks
- Use AI-enabled tools to source smarter, screen faster, and scale your reach
- Coordinate interviews and feedback loops so hiring managers can make timely decisions
- Deliver a top-tier candidate experience: transparent, responsive, no ghosting, ever
- Represent our employer brand in every outreach message and candidate touchpoint
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting, with physician recruiting required (NP or other licensed-provider experience is a plus)
- Telehealth/virtual care recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Real sourcing chops; you build pipeline, you don't wait for it
- Comfort and enthusiasm for high call volumes
- Thrives in low-structure, fast-changing environments
- Ashby experience is a plus
