A confidential, growth-oriented organization is seeking a Vice President, Revenue Operations to establish the processes, systems, data, and operating discipline needed to support predictable growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on builder who can define the Revenue Operations vision, improve execution, and provide leaders with the insights needed to make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the Revenue Operations strategy, operating model, and team structure.
Establish effective processes for planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Build reliable dashboards, KPIs, and analytics that support commercial decision-making.
Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and visibility across revenue-related systems.
Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders on territory planning, capacity, quotas, and productivity.
Evaluate and improve CRM, business intelligence, automation, and other commercial systems.
Support sales compensation design, administration, and performance measurement.
Create operating cadences and governance practices that improve accountability and execution.
Identify issues proactively and develop practical, cross-functional solutions.
Present clear recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
Demonstrated success building or transforming a Revenue Operations function.
Deep experience with forecasting, pipeline management, go-to-market planning, quota setting, and performance analytics.
Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial metrics, and revenue performance drivers.
Experience with enterprise CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and related commercial technologies.
Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and translate analysis into actionable insights.
Experience partnering on sales compensation and incentive programs.
Strong executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead independently in a complex, changing environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
