Company Description
VantagePoint Benefit Administrators has a 20+ year track record of helping employers implement superior programs to simplify payroll, benefits, and HR into a cohesive, compliant and affordable package, providing a long-term strategic approach that manages the ever-increasing cost and complexity of employee management.
Our mission is to set a standard in the employee benefit space through superior technology and expertise.
We believe in hiring for core values over hard skills and allowing A-Players to fill a position by playing to their strengths, not necessarily how a job description is specifically written. Thus, we are open to applicants who have both more and less experience than what’s written below.

Maintain accurate account, renewal, product, and activity information in CRM and client folders.
Client Education and Business Development
Lead employee benefit education and enrollment meetings.
Assist eligible employees approaching age 65 with transitions to individual Medicare products.
Educate clients about VantagePoint’s administrative services, including payroll, human resources, compliance, and pre-tax reimbursement programs.
Strengthen client relationships and identify appropriate cross-selling and referral opportunities.
Industry and Carrier Knowledge
Maintain current knowledge of benefit products, carrier contacts, underwriting requirements, provider networks, and product availability.
Keep client contacts, products, and activities current within the company’s CRM and account-management systems.
Stay informed about industry regulations and legal developments.
Work with management to develop communications explaining regulatory changes and their potential impact on clients.
Participate in industry meetings, professional development opportunities, and company-sponsored training.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in employee benefits account management or a related insurance or brokerage position.
Working knowledge of medical, Medicare, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plan administration.
Experience shopping benefit plans and working with carriers and general agencies.
Proficiency with Benefix, Zywave/Brokerage Builder, Employee Navigator, Trello, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe.
