Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Senior US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage the end-to-end hiring process for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of US staffing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Understand US IT job requirements, technologies, employment types, and work authorization.
Conduct candidate calls to assess technical background, communication, availability, and interest.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records in ATS/CRM systems.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and hiring SLAs.
Requirements
3plus years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Data, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of US work authorization types.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
