Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead and Mentor: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of field sales representatives to achieve or exceed individual and group targets. [1, 2]
Field Training: Conduct regular joint-sales calls, shadow team members during client visits, and provide constructive, real-time feedback. [1]
