Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter (Night Shift)
Location: Remote
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with experience in recruiting for manufacturing, light industrial roles. This role will involve identifying candidates in high volume, building relationships with them and helping clients find the right talent to support their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruitment for light industrial, warehouse, customer service and entry level office positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to submitting offer negotiation and closing.
Identify and proactively recruit professionals through a variety of channels, including job boards, active and passive sourcing, and referrals.
Conduct phone and video interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit, and guide the hiring process.
Manage multiple requisitions and candidates while staying on top of timelines.
Excellent verbal, written, and email communication with candidates and internal teams
Ability to handle scheduling conflicts and candidate fall-offs while remaining reliable, responsive, and moving candidates through the process efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiter for at least 2 years for staffing companies.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. industry.
Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and place talent at all levels.
Excellent interpersonal and engaging communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with professional candidates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Previous experience recruiting in the USA is a MUST.
