Role Description The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support DAYTON LOGISTICS CORP’s strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day tasks include developing budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, and analyzing variances against plan. The role will manage cash flow, support cost optimization initiatives, and collaborate with operations and logistics teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions. The Senior Finance Manager will maintain and improve internal controls, ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations, and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed. This position also involves mentoring junior finance staff, enhancing financial systems and processes, and preparing clear, data-driven presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with experience in variance analysis and performance reporting.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
