About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. This 100% remote, full-time position combines outbound prospecting with essential sales admin support for dynamic bilingual professionals located anywhere in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct proactive outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to qualify leads.
Calendar Coordination: Schedule discovery calls and manage invitations between prospects and sales reps.
Pipeline & Data Integrity: Log outreach, update internal trackers, and generate pipeline reports.
Admin & Documentation: Support market research, oversee email follow-ups, and organize sales collateral in Google Drive.
Requirements
Fluent English & Spanish (C1-C2).
1–2 years of experience in sales and/or administrative support.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Quiet home office setup, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and a backup connection.

Compensation: USD $696–$1,044/month (commensurate with experience) + annual pay increases.
