Supervisor - Risk Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor - Risk Operations based in Canada.
This role oversees the day-to-day performance of frontline teams across operational risk functions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
You will help ensure workflows are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established service and quality standards.
The position combines team supervision, quality assurance, escalation management, coaching, and operational improvement.
You will monitor key performance indicators, identify control weaknesses, and support consistent adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
The role also provides an opportunity to mentor analysts, strengthen team capabilities, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with managers, compliance teams, supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues and improve operational processes.
