Licensed Insurance Agent

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Agents to join our growing team. The agent will work with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, explain available options, and assist them throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective clients and conduct insurance consultations.
Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain policy options, coverage, premiums, and benefits clearly.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Maintain accurate client and sales records.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
Provide professional customer service throughout the application process.
Follow applicable state insurance regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Active U.S. insurance license in the applicable state(s).
Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and professional approach.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable using CRM and online communication tools.
