We are hiring an Presentation & Graphic Designer - B2B (Figma exp is required)
This role requires someone who can think through content, structure it effectively, and design high-quality presentations from scratch.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Graphic Designer with strong B2B experience. The role will focus on creating high-impact presentations, pitch decks, sales collateral, and visual communication assets for business and leadership audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-end PPT presentations, pitch decks, sales decks, proposals, and business presentations.
Translate complex business information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling stories.
Create graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, icons, and other visual assets to support presentations.
Work closely with business, marketing, and creative teams to understand briefs and develop concepts.
Maintain strong consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity, and design systems.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Review and refine presentations based on stakeholder feedback.
Ensure all deliverables are visually polished, accurate, and presentation-ready.
Must-Have Skills
5–7 years of experience in B2B presentation / graphic design.
Strong expertise in PowerPoint and presentation design.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, colour, and storytelling.
Experience designing for corporate, technology, consulting, BFSI, SaaS, or other B2B environments.
Ability to work with data-heavy content and convert it into compelling visual communication.
Strong portfolio demonstrating premium presentations, pitch decks, corporate communication, and graphic design.
Good to Have
Experience working with global clients/stakeholders.
Knowledge of Figma.
Experience with motion/animation for presentations.
Exposure to AI-assisted design tools.
Agency or creative studio experience.
