Senior Key Account Manager (5-8 years of exp in advertising)

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager with 8-12 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally with a background in handling creative mandates. This is an opportunity to work directly with one of our clients - global tech giant to manage and grow key relationships.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead end-to-end client servicing and delivery for digital advertising campaigns
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful brand experiences
Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders
Understand client business goals and translate them into integrated marketing solutions
Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and growth
Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients
Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for better ROI
Requirement -
8–12 years of relevant experience in digital advertising agencies
Strong client servicing experience in an advertising/digital agency
Proven experience working with global brands
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively
Strong understanding of digital trends, integrated campaigns, and business growth strategies
Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
