Role Description The MIS Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role involves preparing, maintaining, and analyzing regular MIS reports to support management decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering data from multiple systems, validating and organizing information, generating dashboards, and tracking key performance indicators. The MIS Executive will coordinate with different teams to collect relevant data, ensure timely reporting, and support process improvements through data insights. The role also includes documenting procedures, maintaining data accuracy, and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving.
Candidates should possess experience in MIS Reporting, including preparing periodic reports and dashboards.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data insights.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools or BI software is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work with confidential data are important for success in this role.
