We are looking for confident, articulate and driven individuals to join our team as International Sales Specialists.
WORK LOCATION
HSR Layout, Bangalore – Work From Office (WFO)
This is a 100% work-from-office role. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to and working from our HSR office.
WORK TIMINGS
The role involves working in shifts aligned with international markets:
US Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
UK Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Candidates must be comfortable working in either of these shifts based on business requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Engage with international customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and create a positive customer experience.
• Effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
• Handle customer queries, objections and concerns confidently.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent verbal communication is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

• Are comfortable working night/evening shifts aligned with US/UK markets.
EXPERIENCE
Freshers are welcome!
Prior experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Customer Support, Telecalling or International Voice Process will be an advantage.
However, communication skills, attitude and sales aptitude matter more than prior experience.
COMPENSATION – FRESHERS
FIRST 2 MONTHS | TRAINING PERIOD
₹20,000/month + Incentives
During the initial training period, you will receive structured training to understand the product, sales process, customer handling and international sales environment.
FROM 3RD MONTH ONWARDS
₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Uncapped Incentives
That's a potential ₹8 LPA+ earning opportunity, with the incentive component being uncapped and performance-driven.
