🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Python backend development, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable Agentic AI systems, developing AI-powered backend services, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, and driving architecture and engineering best practices.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Agentic AI architectures, including Planner, Supervisor, and multi-agent workflows.
Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic search.
Develop scalable Python backend APIs using FastAPI / Flask.
Implement LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, and reasoning strategies.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, tools, and business systems.
Optimize AI solutions for latency, cost, scalability, and accuracy.
Establish best practices around architecture, code reviews, observability, and production readiness.
Mentor development teams and provide guidance on architecture and technical decisions.
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong hands-on Python backend development experience.
Proven experience in Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems.
Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Reasoning Frameworks.
Experience building RAG pipelines and working with Vector Databases.
Strong knowledge of Microservices and API Design.
Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP AI services.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of AI system architecture, integration, and production deployment.
