About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of enterprise portfolio management capabilities. This role requires a unique blend of product management expertise, platform knowledge, business process understanding, and AI-driven innovation. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, PMOs, finance teams, architects, developers, and platform teams to maximize business value through ServiceNow SPM and emerging AI capabilities.

What You'll Do:
Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, strategy, and backlog for ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
Define product objectives aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.
Collaborate with business, PMO, finance, and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
Translate business requirements into scalable product features and platform capabilities.
Lead roadmap planning, release management, adoption strategies, and value realization programs.
Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
Drive implementation and optimization of Demand Management processes including idea intake, demand scoring, assessments, and prioritization.
Lead Project and Program Management capabilities including governance, milestones, RAID management, and project health reporting.
Manage Portfolio Management processes including investment planning, portfolio reviews, and strategic alignment.
Enable Resource Management capabilities including capacity planning, forecasting, allocation, and utilization tracking.
Support Financial Management processes including budget planning, benefit realization, cost management, and CAPEX/OPEX tracking.
Drive Strategic Planning initiatives leveraging OKRs, strategic themes, roadmaps, and outcome tracking.
Support Agile Development and Enterprise Agile Planning initiatives through backlog management, PI planning, and engineering integration.
Develop executive dashboards, portfolio KPIs, value realization metrics, financial reports, and governance reporting.
Drive adoption of Generative AI, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Agentic AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
Identify opportunities for AI-driven portfolio optimization and automation.
Leverage AI for resource forecasting, strategic prioritization, demand scoring, and executive insights.
Collaborate with platform teams to incorporate intelligent automation into business processes.
Define AI adoption frameworks and measurable business outcomes.
Ensure AI initiatives align with governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
Partner with executive stakeholders, PMOs, finance teams, and business leaders to define priorities and success criteria.
Facilitate workshops, roadmap discussions, and governance reviews.
Define portfolio governance processes and reporting frameworks.
Create executive-level reporting and communicate product performance and business outcomes.
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for SPM product strategy and platform enhancements.
Work closely with architects, developers, platform administrators, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities.
Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business, operational, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.
Monitor product adoption, user feedback, and business value realization.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
8-12 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Enterprise Platform Management roles.
Proven experience managing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations and enhancements.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, integrations, reporting, and automation capabilities.
Experience managing product roadmaps, product strategies, and stakeholder expectations.
Deep expertise in Demand Management, Project Management, Program Management, and Portfolio Management processes.
Strong understanding of Resource Management, Financial Management, and Strategic Planning within ServiceNow SPM.
Experience with Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), portfolio governance, and enterprise planning frameworks.
Knowledge of Agile Development, Enterprise Agile Planning, PI Planning, and backlog management practices.
Experience with Performance Analytics, executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business insights generation.
Understanding of ServiceNow SPM data models, tables, workspace experiences, and platform governance.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance business priorities with technical platform capabilities.
Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
Strong knowledge of enterprise transformation, PMO governance, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
Experience leveraging Generative AI, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Agentic AI capabilities.
Ability to identify AI-driven opportunities across portfolio and project management processes.
Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
Experience measuring and demonstrating business value from AI implementations.
Understanding of intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
