🔵 URGENT REQUIREMENT – QA/QC / INSPECTION MANPOWER
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
We are looking for experienced Mechanical QA/QC / Inspection Professionals for the following positions:
🔹 1. Field Inspector – Rotary Equipment
02 Positions
Qualification & Experience:
• B.E. Mechanical with 5–10 years QA/QC experience
• OR D.E. Mechanical with 7–12 years QA/QC experience
Experience:
QA/QC experience in Rotating Equipment such as Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Blowers, etc.
Mandatory:
ASNT Level-II in RT, UT, PT, MT & VT
🔹 2. Field Inspector – Static Equipment
02 Positions
Qualification & Experience:
• B.E. Mechanical with 5–10 years QA/QC experience
• OR D.E. Mechanical with 7–12 years QA/QC experience
Experience Required:
• Reactors
• Heat Exchangers
• Pressure Vessels
• Manufacturing & inspection from raw material to final painting/packing
• Manufacturing, assembly, inspection/testing & preservation of static equipment
Mandatory:
ASNT Level-II in RT, UT, PT, MT & VT
Knowledge of:
ASME Section II, V, VIII (Div.-1), IX, TEMA
🔹 3. Surveyor – Rotary / Static Equipment
03 Positions
• Rotary – 01
• Static – 02
Qualification & Experience:
• B.E. Mechanical with 10+ years QA/QC experience
• OR D.E. Mechanical with 12+ years QA/QC experience
Experience Required:
Mechanical Surveyor with competency in shop inspection of:
• Pipe, Tube, Section, TMT Bar
• Fittings, Fasteners, Flanges
• Forgings, Castings, Gaskets
• Piping & Structural Fabrication
• Valves & Strainers
Experience in Project Quality Control & Execution for Static, Rotating, Piping and Structural equipment will be an added advantage.
Mandatory:
ASNT Level-II in RT, UT, PT, MT & VT
🔹 4. Mechanical / Fabrication Engineer – Field Inspector
02 Positions
Qualification & Experience:
• B.E. Mechanical with 5–10 years QA/QC experience
• OR D.E. Mechanical with 7–12 years QA/QC experience
Experience Required:
Mechanical Surveyor with competency in shop inspection of:
• FRP, Fittings, Fasteners, Flanges
• Forgings, Castings, Gaskets
• Piping & Structural Fabrication
• Valves & Strainers
Mandatory:
ASNT Level-II in RT, UT, PT, MT & VT
Additional Certifications Preferred:
CSWIP 3.1 | AWS | BGAS-1/2 | NACE-1/2
