· Create campaigns around SaaS products, product features, use cases, industry solutions, and customer pain points.
· Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand target audiences, buyer personas, sales cycles, and product positioning.
· Manage the complete digital marketing funnel, from awareness and lead generation to conversion and pipeline contribution.
· Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
· Develop landing page and campaign strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
· Continuously test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing of creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and CTAs.
· Work with content and creative teams to develop performance-focused ad copies, creatives, product campaigns, case studies, and other marketing assets.
· Support product marketing initiatives, including product launches, feature campaigns, industry-specific campaigns, webinars, and customer acquisition programs.
· Build reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the management team.
· Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, lead quality, and overall marketing ROI.
· Stay updated with the latest trends in B2B SaaS marketing, paid media, marketing automation, and digital demand generation.
Requirements

· Experience working with B2B, Enterprise, SaaS, Technology, FinTech, LegalTech, or other complex products will be preferred.
· Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is important.
· Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and demand generation.
· Experience in managing campaigns with a focus on lead quality and business outcomes, rather than only traffic or engagement.
· Understanding of B2B buyer journeys
· Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
· Strong analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make optimization decisions.
· Good understanding of landing pages, conversion optimization, ad copy, and marketing creatives.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
· Experience in product marketing for SaaS or technology products.
· Experience working with enterprise/BFSI/Government/large institutional customers.
· Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
· Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or enterprise demand generation.
· Experience running campaigns for webinars, product launches, events, or thought-leadership initiatives.
· Understanding of attribution, funnel analytics, and marketing-to-sales pipeline reporting.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and business-focused-someone who can take ownership of campaigns from planning to execution and optimization.
The ideal candidate should be able to answer not just “How many leads did the campaign generate?”, but also “How many of those leads were relevant, how many moved into the sales pipeline, and what can we improve?”
