Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, employees, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills to manage field visits, documentation, and follow-up activities efficiently.
Candidates should possess basic HR and administrative knowledge, including familiarity with recruitment, payroll, and compliance-related processes.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and customer service skills to address on-ground issues and support client requirements professionally.
Relevant skills such as proficiency in MS Office, ability to prepare reports, and comfort with using mobile and web-based tools will be beneficial.
A graduate degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to HR or business administration, and prior field or client-facing experience is an advantage.
Ability to travel locally within Coimbatore, work independently, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality is required.
