Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to identify opportunities, present solutions, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training abilities to explain HR services and guide clients on solution adoption where required.
Relevant experience in direct sales, preferably in HR services, consulting, or B2B solutions, is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
