Role Description As a Senior Frontend Developer (Next.js/React) at HR TEAM, you will design, build, and optimize user-facing web applications and interfaces. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat involves developing scalable frontend architectures, implementing responsive layouts, and integrating APIs using modern JavaScript frameworks. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into efficient, accessible, and maintainable code. Daily responsibilities include reviewing code, improving performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and maintaining high-quality standards through testing and documentation. You will also mentor junior developers, contribute to technical decisions, and help refine frontend best practices and processes.
Qualifications
Strong Front-End Development experience with Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proficiency in Responsive Web Design, HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Material UI, or similar).
Solid background in Web Development and Software Development principles, including testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts, RESTful APIs, and integration with backend services.
Experience with build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.
Understanding of accessibility standards, security best practices, and browser compatibility considerations.
Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and mentor other developers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in a senior or lead frontend role is highly beneficial.
