WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?
We're looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to join an interdisciplinary product squad and take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of production-grade AI agent solutions.

Main tasks:
Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality
Own the end-to-end integration of agentic components within existing platforms and infrastructure
Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Engineers to solve complex technical challenges
Ensure solutions align with AI governance, security, and IT compliance standards
Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies as an active squad member
Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Strong Python development skills
Experience designing and working with on-premise Kafka environments
Practical expertise with Docker and Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions in production
Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
API management experience (Apigee preferred)
Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Experience with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing (or similar model serving platforms)
Monitoring and AI observability experience, ideally with Arize
Good English, at least B2/B2+
